Waves Caused by Hurricane Matthew Disrupt Traffic in Santo Domingo

An avenue on the coast of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, had to be closed for traffic on Friday, September 30, after being damaged by strong waves. Local news reported that the waves were caused by hurricane Matthew, which is expected to affect the Dominican Republic in the next days.
