與雪梨並列！台北入選CNN全球十大跨年城市

【看英文中國郵報學英文】美國有線電視新聞網（CNN12)月列出十大跨年城市，台北名列其中，其他入榜城市包括雪梨、曼谷、杜拜、莫斯科、南非開普敦、倫敦、里約熱內盧、紐約以及拉斯維加斯。

American news-based pay television channel CNN recently listed Taipei among the top ten destinations to spend the New Year’s Eve. Other cities on the list include Sydney, Bangkok, Dubai, Moscow, Cape Town, London, Rio de Janeiro, New York and Las Vegas.

CNN報導內提到，台北最高建築101大樓將帶來精彩的煙火秀，主要跨年活動範圍擴及國父紀念館、信義商圈，屆時這些地方都會聚集滿滿的人潮。

According to the U.S. media, the city’s tallest building, Taipei 101, is a launching pad for spectacular fireworks, while the surrounding areas, including the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall and Xinyi District, are prime spots for the annual New Year’s extravaganza.

文章中寫道，在施放煙火之前會有多組藝人帶來表演，一同迎接2020年。此外，報導內也提到，活動結束後，不妨來去體驗台北豐富的夜生活。

In addition, the broadcaster praised the superstar concert that usually leads to the fireworks, and Taipei’s unique nightlife, including a popular bar, called Barcode.
