Tī台灣過去有真濟風俗民情,lóng代表咱對祖先ê追思kah敬重,這種傳統文化值得咱保留hām珍惜,雖罔講古早人有一寡民俗無一定tī現此時有ha̍h-ēng,古早人檢采無讀真濟冊,m̄-koh咱千萬m̄-thang看輕in ê智慧,像24節氣著是先民對生活看大自然運轉ê重要指標,Tī工商社會ta̍uh-ta̍uh-á消失ê風俗著親像失落ê歲月迷航ê青春。最近駛車經過墓仔埔,tī頭殼碗雄雄浮出囡仔時代漸漸模糊ê記持,he著是臆墓粿,會記得細漢ê時清明節是咱人三月初三,m̄是新曆ê四月初五,tī 1975年四月初五蔣介石過身chiah改新曆四月初五是清明節。
講著臆墓粿每一个所在進行ê過程有淡薄仔無仝,阮老爸kah阿媽lóng埋tī阮厝附近ê墓埔仔,因為生活方式ê改變,這馬chia-ê墓仔埔lóng遷徙開路ah。細漢ê時若到清明前後攏有人teh培墓,以前beh去墓仔埔ê小路lóng是石頭仔路,有人牽牛tī墓仔埔食草踳踏,培墓ê人會叫牽牛囡仔kah來看鬧熱ê囡仔兄囡仔姊來臆墓粿。臆墓粿除了增加培墓ê趣味性,另外一項意義通講是beh安搭牽牛囡仔m̄-thang踳踏主人ka ê墓地。通常主人會準備紅龜粿、草仔粿、發粿、銀角仔...,主人ka會講:囡仔兄囡仔姊來臆看墓內ê公媽是查埔- -ê抑是查某- -ê,因為tī hit-ê時代細漢囡仔普遍tek猶未讀冊m̄-bat字,só͘-pái看無墓牌所刻ê字寫啥物?我hām其他ê囡仔靠運氣烏白臆,若臆著tō有粿通食,所以叫做臆墓粿,若臆無著主人會講m̄-tio̍h閣臆一擺,真明顯che著是放水beh安搭囡仔,第二擺若臆著主人mā會送囡仔墓粿。有hó-khang- -ê會鬥相報,kho͘一大陣囡仔做伙來臆墓粿,致使主人ka ê粿分無夠,這時會用銀角仔分hō͘臆墓粿ê囡仔,逐个圓滿lóng無輸贏,透過這个民俗活動連絡感情,順續teh提醒牽牛囡仔以後若牽牛對chia經過,愛kā過往ê人致意,千萬m̄-thang踳踏神聖ê墓地。
有新ê文化出現,著有舊ê傳統漸漸消失,細漢ê時陣m̄-bat代誌,會感覺為啥物beh kā祭品分hō͘生份人,這馬大漢chiah知影臆墓粿是hō͘咱會曉憐憫分享,逐个互相讓一步,好額人願意分享,散赤人mā通食一頓飽,這是咱台灣人一種互相分享美好ê風俗文化。

Ioh bōng-kóe
Tī Tâi-oân kòe-khì ū chin-chē hong-sio̍k bîn-chêng, lóng tāi-piáu tùi chó͘-sian ê tui-su kah kèng-tiōng, chit-chióng thoân-thóng bûn-hòa ta̍t-tit lán pó-liû hām tin-sioh. Sui-bóng kó͘-chá lâng ū chi̍t-kóa bîn-sio̍k bô it-tēng tī hiān-chhú-sî ha̍h-ēng. Kó͘-chá lâng kiám-chhái bô tha̍k chin-chē chheh, m̄-koh lán chhian-bān m̄-thang khòaⁿ khin in ê tì-hūi. Chhiūⁿ 24 cheh-khùi tio̍h-sī sian-bîn tùi seng-oa̍h khòaⁿ tāi-chū-jiân ūn-choán ê tiōng-iàu chí-piau, Tī kang-siong siā-hōe ta̍uh-ta̍uh-á siau-sit ê hong-sio̍k tio̍h chhin-chhiūⁿ sit-lo̍h ê sòe-goa̍t bê-hâng ê chheng-chhun. Chòe-kīn sái-chhia keng-kòe bōng-á-po͘, tī thâu-khak-óaⁿ hiông-hiông phû chhut gín-á sî-tāi chiām-chiām bô͘-hô͘ ê kì-tî, he tio̍h-sī ioh bōng-kóe. Ē-kì-tit sè-hàn ê sî Chheng-bêng-cheh sī lán-lâng 3 goe̍h chhe 3, m̄-sī sin-le̍k ê 4 goe̍h chhe 5. Tī 1975 nî 4 goe̍h chhe 5 Chiúⁿ, Kài Se̍k kòe-sin chiah kái sin-le̍k 4 goe̍h chhe 5 sī Chheng-bêng-cheh.
Kóng tio̍h ioh bōng-kóe múi chi̍t-ê só͘-chāi chìn-hêng ê kòe-têng ū tām-po̍h-á bô-kâng. Goán lāu-pē kah a-má lóng tâi tī goán chhù hū-kīn ê bōng-á-po͘. In-ūi seng-oa̍h hong-sek ê kái-piàn, chit-má chia-ê bōng-á-po͘ lóng chhian-sóa khui-lō͘ ah. Sè-hàn ê sî nā kàu Chheng-bêng-cheh chêng-āu lóng ū lâng teh pōe-bōng. Í-chêng beh khì bōng-á-po͘ ê sió-lō͘ lóng-sī chio̍h-thâu-á lō͘. Ū lâng khan-gû tī bōng-á-po͘ chia̍h chháu thún-ta̍h. Pōe-bōng ê lâng ē kiò khan-gû gín-á kah lâi khòaⁿ nāu-jia̍t ê gín-á hiaⁿ gín-á ché lâi ioh bōng-kóe, ioh bōng-kóe tû-liáu cheng-ka pōe-bōng ê chhù-bī-sèng, lēng-gōa chi̍t hāng ì-gī thang kóng sī beh an-tah khan-gû gín-á m̄-thang thún-ta̍h chú-lâng-ka ê bōng-tē. Thong-siông chú-lâng ē chún-pī âng-ku-ké, chháu-á-ké, hoat-kóe, gîn-kak-á..., chú-lâng-ka ē kóng, “Gín-á hiaⁿ gín-á ché lâi ioh khòaⁿ bōng lāi ê kong-má sī cha-po͘- -ê á-sī cha-bo͘- -ê. In-ūi tī hit-ê sî-tāi sè-hàn gín-á phó͘-phiàn tek iáu-bōe tha̍k-chheh m̄-bat jīe. Só͘-pái khòaⁿ bô bōng-pâi só͘ khek ê jī siá siáⁿ-mi̍h? Góa hām kî-tha ê gín-á khò ūn-khì o͘-pe̍h ioh, nā ioh tio̍h tō ū kóe thang chia̍h, só͘-í kiò-chò ioh bōng-kóe; nā ioh m̄-tio̍h chú-lâng ē kóng m̄-tio̍h koh ioh chi̍t pái. Chin bêng-hián che tio̍h-sī pàng-chúi beh an-tah gín-á, tē-jī pái nā ioh tio̍h chú-lâng mā ē sàng gín-á bōng-kóe. Ū hó-khang- -ê ē tàu sio-pò, kho͘ chi̍t-tōa-tui gín-á chò-hóe lâi ioh bōng-kóe, tì-sú chú-lâng-ka ê kóe pun bô-kàu. Chit-sî ēng gîn-kak-á pun hō͘ ioh bōng-kóe ê gín-á, ta̍k-ê oân-boán lóng bô su-iâⁿ. Thàu-kòe chit-ê bîn-sio̍k oa̍h-tāng liân-lo̍k kám-chêng, sūn-sòa teh thê-chhéⁿ khan-gû gín-á í-āu nā khan-gû tùi chia keng-kòe, ài kā kòe-óng ê lâng tì-ì, chhian-bān m̄-thang thún-ta̍h sîn-sèng ê bōng-tē.
Ū sin ê bûn-hòa chhut-hiān, tio̍h ū kū ê thoân-thóng chiām-chiām siau-sit. Sè-hàn ê sî-chūn m̄-bat tāi-chì, ē kám-kak ūi-siáⁿ-mi̍h beh kā chè-phín pun hō͘ chheⁿ-hûn lâng? Chit-má tōa-hàn chiah chai-iáⁿ ioh bōng-kóe sī hō͘ lán ē-hiáu lîn-bín hun-hióng, ta̍k-ê hō͘-siong niū chit pō͘: hó-gia̍h lâng goān-ì hun-hióng, sàn-chhiah lâng mā thang chia̍h chi̍t tǹg pá. che-sī Tâi-oân-lâng chi̍t-chióng hō͘-siong hun-hióng bí-hó ê hong-sio̍k bûn-hòa.
