無油烤花椰菜食譜
/食材清單/有機花椰菜一顆,辣椒,醬油,食用鹽,黑胡椒粒,橄欖油
1.花椰菜洗凈撥開成小朵,清水浸泡幾分鐘後撈出瀝乾水份備用。
2.花椰菜放入保鮮袋中,加入辣椒、一匙調味粉、一匙醬油、一小匙鹽、適量黑胡椒粒、一匙橄欖油後搖晃均勻。
3.將花椰菜擺入烤盤中,烤箱預熱後180度,烤20分鐘左右就完成了。
