403 Fire updates

An update on the 403 fire currently burning along the Park and Teller County line. Containment is up to 35% and subdivisions that were under mandatory evacuation are now on pre-evacuation status. Fire bosses tell us their priority is to maintain those containment lines in an effort to box the fire in and keep it from growing even more. So far it's burned more than 1,400 acres thankfully winds have been much lighter today than anticipated. Allowing for more aerial support from helicopters.116 firefighters are working to contain it.
