British Family Come Across Adder During Woodland Walk

A family from Gosport, a town near Hampshire in England, got up close and personal with the local wildlife recently when they spotted an adder during a walk in the woods.

Footage shared to Facebook by Christopher Macintosh on April 14 shows the reptile in all its glory, coiled in the grass. The snakes emerge from hibernation around this time of the year, and often sun themselves in open spots to warm up.
