Deadly Fire Burns at Russian Military Research Institution

A deadly fire broke out at the Central Research Institute (NII) of the Aerospace Defense Forces in Tver, Russia, on April 21.

Footage recorded by the news outlet SOTA shows black smoke and flames billowing out of a building on the campus.

Local media reported that two people had died and 21 were injured in the fire, which started on the building’s second floor. More than 30 people were evacuated.
