Debris Flies as Storm Brings Rare Tornado to Northwest Oregon
A home-security camera captured the moment winds picked up and hurled debris down a residential street in St Helens, Oregon, on Tuesday, November 10, as a storm brought a small and rare tornado to the area.
“It’s picking stuff everywhere,” an onlooker is heard saying in the footage.
