The Yes Yes Yes House is truly a Palm Springs oasis

- My name is Andrew Gibbs.

- And I'm Joe Alexander. And this is the Yes, Yes, Yes House.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

- Yes, Yes, Yes is a bespoke resort that we've created.

- It's located in Beborich Ranch in the greater Desert Hot Springs area.

- And we're 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, about 45 minutes to the Joshua Tree area and about two hours from Los Angeles. So one of the first things you see when you walk in is our Yes, Yes, Yes neon and wallpaper. We wanted to make sure that this is an experience, not only for when you're here, but for social media and so you can really have all these awesome memories and remember them on your feet in years to come. So we made sure that we had Instagrammable spaces throughout the entire house.

So this is the Great Room. The thing we fell in love with this house when we first saw it is this Great Room space because of the sheer amount of windows, and the ceiling heights, the amount of light that comes in. And with the open kitchen, this is just where families come and spend most of their time. And as you can see, it is a ton of color. The color all came from Joe. And because of these two chairs, it really kind of set the tone for the house.

- And they swivel. Like, this is fun.

[LAUGHTER]

Whether you're sitting at the dining table, whether you're cooking, you're involved in the movie and the music and the vibe that's in the house. We purposely changed the legs of this chair to make it lower so that it feels kind of like a sunken living room.

- The wallpaper is really kind of what ties the whole living room together.

- This is definitely one of the rooms where you can really sit here and just vibe.

- It's the center of the house. One of the things we love about the kitchen is this big open countertop space.

- Yeah.

- That way you're cooking, you're making your drinks, you can see and be a part of everything.

- Anybody who's at the Yes, Yes, Yes House, I don't want them thinking it was great, but it was missing this thing or that thing.

- So I wanted to make sure our guests have OnDemand, fully-automated espresso. So all you do is press a button and you can have the coffee of your dreams. It's my most favorite machine. Our fridge is beverage-ready, that way you can see everything that you have in there.

- And the idea here is just if you're here, you have everything you need.

- On eof the best comments that we get, which I feel so good about, is that our kitchen is fully-loaded. By being able to cook every single meal and have beverage centers in your bar, you get those resort amenities and you don't even have to leave.

- This is the Oasis Room.

- And we designed it so that you feel like you are in a Palm Springs oasis. We have our rattan bed.

- Every room does have a desk so that you can work from home in any room of the house. And this is the Desert Room.

- This is the second largest bedroom in the house. It really kind of centered around this bed. I love the very desert, low Joshua Tree-esque style of it. We found this beautiful dune wall mural. It looks like it's paper or textured, which is really cool. And it really just set the stage for the room and really set the scene.

- And we are now in the--

- The Ranch Room. Like kind of most of the rooms, it really started with the wallpaper.

- Yeah.

- It ties into the mountains. Right outside the door, you can see this beautiful mountain views.

- Another nice feature about this room is that we did want to build in a feel of an en suite living room, right? So we have our little seating area, we have our TV here. This is why it makes it feel so cozy as well.

- And, of course every master bedroom needs a proper master bathroom.

- And behind this door is my favorite room.

- Something a little unexpected.

- Welcome to our Tiki bar.

- Because what master bedroom doesn't need a secret Tiki bar? It makes for such a fun experience when you're staying here as a guest because this room is your retreat. This is your private space. So have a bottle of wine, make a cocktail, take it over here to your living room, watch a movie, watch some TV. We love this space and we use it a lot.

Well, welcome to the backyard. This is the crown jewel of the Yes Yes Yes experience. We designed this so that you could really have that iconic Palm Springs poolside resort experience. We have a long table here, seating for 10. We designed and ordered 4-feet tall, custom marquee lettering in our signature yellow color. Over here, we have our Jacuzzi. And right next to it is our Baja ledge. This ends up being like the most popular part of the pool. This area is one of the most fun and relaxing places to hang out in the house.

- We always end up here in the evenings. We like the fire, we bring our drinks out.

- It's really the best place to like end your day here at the Yes, Yes, Yes House. Thank you for letting us share the Yes Yes Yes House with you and we hope to see you soon.
