Further Collapse Reported at Beirut Port

Another section of grain silos damaged in the devastating 2020 explosion at the Port of Beirut, Lebanon, collapsed on Tuesday, August 23, according to local media.

This footage from Salman Andary of Sky News Arabia was taken after the collapse and shows parts of the siloes that are still standing.

The incident comes less than three weeks after a large section of the silos collapsed on August 4, the second anniversary of the port explosion in which killed more than 200 people died and thousands were injured. Credit: Salman Andary via Storyful
