Moose Rings the Doorbell of Alaskan Home, Walks Away

Home security video captured the moment a moose rang the doorbell at a home in Anchorage, Alaska and proceeded to run off in the early morning hours of December 5.

Kyle Stultz told Storyful he and his family were woken by the doorbell. He looked out the window and saw there was nobody at the door and thought neighborhood kids might be ringing the doorbell and running away as part of a prank.

Stultz later decided to check the footage to make sure it wasn’t a burglar and was surprised to see the moose in the video. “The moose had wandered into our carport, backed into our doorbell with his behind, and ran off,” said Stultz. Credit: Kyle Stultz via Storyful
