Nashville Flooding Leaves Park Covered in Trash
Trash and debris were left strewn in a creek, on tree branches, and on a footbridge in a park in Nashville, Tennessee, on Tuesday, March 30, following recent flooding.
Flooding devastated the city on Sunday, March 28, damaging structures and elevating rivers to record water levels, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
Footage shared by Nicholas Goodridge showed a bridge and creek area at Whitsett Park in south Nashville covered in trash and debris washed in by floodwater.
