DAVE BRIGGS: The hit Netflix show "Wednesday" has been renewed for a second season-- no surprise. The series centers around the Addams family's daughter Wednesday and captures her time at the supernatural Nevermore Academy. "Wednesday" has been a huge hit for Netflix.

The show ranked second all time in the streamer's top 10 most popular TV shows based on hours viewed. That's just behind the most recent season of "Stranger Things," which has been a monster. This show really striking a chord with people, young people who just don't normally fit the mold and older people that didn't necessarily fit in. It's a little bit different than the "Growing Pains" or "Cosby Show" that we grew up on.
