Parts of Southern Wisconsin Flood Due to Heavy Rainfall
Heavy rainfall brought on by thunderstorms caused flooding in Hartford, Wisconsin, on Wednesday, April 19.
The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for the area, warning residents to move to higher ground.
Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers declared a state of emergency on Tuesday, as the combination of heavy rainfall and snowmelt was expected to increase the risk of flooding, local news reported.
