STEPHEN RAMOS: Welcome to the Boho Rosa House in Historic Downtown Charleston, where you can live like a local.

The Boho Rosa House is a historic vacation rental in Downtown Charleston. The house was built in 1910. It's an extremely functional house that can sleep up to 14 people. But it also has a very fun and laid back, colorful vibe. Hence the name, "Boho Rosa," which stands for "bohemian" and rosa which is "pink." The Boho Rosa House has become a popular spot for bachelorettes coming to Charleston. I think everybody just gravitates towards the design of the house. There's an Instagram moment around every corner. And the proximity to Downtown Charleston and the nightlife is just a stone throw's away. And then, of course, we have 3 beaches that are within 15 minutes of the house.

The main feature of the exterior of the house is the double front porch. In Charleston, we hang out outside all the time. So having a big porch for entertaining is just perfect. As you enter into the house, you're kind of led down to the main living space. This is really the main gathering point for the house. It's wide open with a living space, dining room, and full kitchen. Charleston has a history of-- of basket making. And so we wanted to integrate that into the house. We found wallpaper in the original house. Here, you can see a little piece of wallpaper cut into the shape of Charleston. We have little historical pieces that are interwoven into the house.

And we do get many big groups. And they really make the most out of the kitchen. And we've got a coffee station here. We tried to get everything vintage to really fit with the house. One of the most popular items in the house is our pink Big Chill refrigerator that you see there. Everybody that comes in takes photographs with it, shares it on Instagram. So it's been very popular.

Right off the kitchen, you'll find our outdoor patio area. People love to hang out outside in Charleston. And so we've got the perfect spot for that. We have this wonderful mural here that people love to take photos of. And it's just kinda fun and perfect for hanging out and entertaining guests.

Off of the main living space on the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms, the bunk room and a double queen room. This is one of the original fireplaces. There are four fireplaces in the house. That tile is really funky. And I think everybody tends to gravitate towards it. On the second floor of the house, you'll find three king bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. This is one of the more unique bedrooms in the house. When people stay in this room, right off your bedroom, you have this large, open, private porch where you can hang out with your buddies and just have a cocktail or-- or some lemonade.

This is the main bedroom. It's another king bedroom. And it has some really beautiful features, these cedar beams up above here. We found this beautiful original plaster that was here. So I jokingly refer to this bathroom as the main event of the house, because it's just really unusual and fun and surprising. When people come in here, they see this large shower. It's about 7 feet by 7 feet and it has this amazing garden soaking tub in it. Of course, this tile is what's kind of mesmerizing. Kind of became this feature wall in the bathroom.
