Remnants of Storm Ida Bring Flooding to Pennsylvania

A food market in Finleyville, Pennsylvania, was seen flooded in footage posted on August 31, as the remnants of former Hurricane Ida passed over the area.

The National Weather Service said a wide area, stretching from southern Pennsylvania to southern Connecticut, and taking in New York City, was at high risk of flash flooding.
