Russian Cosmonauts perform a spacewalk

Expedition 65 Flight Engineers Oleg Novitskiy and Pyotr Dubrov emerged from the Zvezda service module to embark on the spacewalk which is expected to last six hours, in which they disconnected all external mechanical links between Zvezda and the International Space Station.

This marks the sixth spacewalk of 2021, but is the first spacewalk for Novitskiy and Dubrov.

The new Multi-Purpose Laboratory Module is named "Nauka," Russian for "science."
