Truck Torn Apart by Kansas City's Infamous Independence Avenue Bridge

Footage released by police in Kansas City, Missouri, on January 12 shows a truck driver unsuccessfully attempting to drive under a low bridge, known to frequently clash with trucks.

“Apparently, the Independence Avenue Bridge gives flat tops. Everyone is safe, especially the bridge,” Kansas City Missouri Police Department wrote in a Facebook post accompanying video that shows the top of a box truck being ripped off by the bridge.
