Cliff Creek Fire's Smoke Blocking View of Grand Tetons
Visitors to Grand Teton National Park may not be able to see the mountains because of a wildfire burning south of Jackson, Wyoming. The smoke from the Cliff Creek Fire is blocking the view, according to reports.
The fire stood at 2,200 acres on Monday, July 18, and was uncontained, according to the incident report. The fire started on Sunday after a lightning strike. Evacuation orders were issued for Granite Creek, according to the report.
