Kayaker Seen in Floodwater Along River Road in Guerneville

A long stretch along River Road in Guerneville, in Sonoma County, California, was under water on January 11, as the Russian River burst its banks leading to severe flooding amid a winter storm.

The Russian River was reportedly expected to reach a heights of more than 38 feet on Wednesday night.
