Reindeer Answer Santa's Call as Thousands March Over Ice
Every spring, a managed herd of reindeer make a trek across the Canadian Winter Arctic towards the Arctic Ocean. The reindeer can travel anywhere from 12 to 34 miles in a day, sometimes reaching speeds of 35/40 mph. In this video, watch 3000 reindeer cross the frozen Mackenzie River in freezing conditions.
