Aerial footage from the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office rescue helicopter shows the scale of the immense flooding in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Intense rainfall in Louisiana has caused “unprecedented” flooding in Baton Rouge and the surrounding area, forcing mass evacuations and leaving at least three people dead.
