Russia Offers France a Puppy to Replace Police Dog Killed in Raid
Russia’s interior minister, Vladimir Kolokoltsev, sent a letter of support to his French counterpart, Bernard Kaznevu, on Friday, November 20, offering cooperation in the fight against terrorism and a puppy to replace Diesel, a police dog, who was killed in the raid on a house in Saint-Denis on Wednesday.
