Thousands Remember Victims of St Petersburg Metro Attack Outside Kremlin

Several thousand people gathered in Moscow’s Manezh Square on April 6 to remember the victims of the attack at a metro station in St Petersburg at the start of the week.

Fourteen people were killed and almost 50 more injured in a suspected suicide bombing that investigators blame on a young man from Kyrgyzstan.

People attending what was widely referred to as an anti-terrorism rally had to pass through metal detectors to enter the square. Credit: Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty via Storyful
