Tropical Storm Seniang Damages Cebu Bridge
A tropical storm, locally known as Seniang, swept through Cebu province on Tuesday, December 30. Sustained winds reached 65 km/h with gusts of up to 80 km/h near the storm’s centre southwest of Iloilo City, according to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration. The typhoon was forecast to move west at 15 km/h as of 11 am on December 30.
