Yosemite's Red Fire Grows to More Than 400 Acres
The Red Fire burning in California’s Yosemite National Park grew to more than 400 acres on Monday, August 15, authorities said.
Footage released by the Fire Integrated Real Time Intelligence System (FIRIS) shows smoke rising from a section of dense forest in the park. As of 8:53 am, the fire was mapped at 416 acres, FIRIS said. Credit: Fire Integrated Real Time Intelligence System via Storyful
