FIFA World Cup trophy in Mexico for six-day tour
STORY: Mexico's Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard unveiled the trophy during a reception event at the Felipe Angeles International Airport, about 28 miles (45 km) north of Mexico City.
Ebrard said it is the first time the trophy was so close to Mexico, as the country has never won a World Cup.
Soccer fans can visit the trophy on Sunday and Monday in Mexico City; later, the World Cup trophy will travel to Guadalajara and Monterrey.
