Intense Rain Leaves Chennai Neighborhoods Flooded

The chief minister of Tamil Nadu, Muthuvel Karunanidhi Stalin, said the “entire state administration” would be stepped up to deal with flooding in monsoon-hit Chennai as he toured several inundated locations on Sunday, November 7.
