A blizzard impacted parts of North Dakota on the night of April 13-14, leading to deteriorating visibility amid high winds, the National Weather Service said.
Video posted by the National Weather Service Bismarck just after midnight on Thursday shows snow blowing in strong winds at the weather service’s office.
