Blizzard Warning Issued for Upstate New York
A blizzard warning was in effect for Oswego, New York, on Thursday, December 15, as lake-effect snow hammered the area again.
The warning was issued for the high winds associated with the storm through Friday, according to a report. Snow also could fall at the rate of up to two to three inches per hour.
