Waterfalls Freeze Over in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Waterfalls along Big Sioux River in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, were largely frozen on Saturday, February 12, as captured in this video from resident Justin Frantzen.

“Looks like a scene from a movie!” Frantzen wrote in a tweet.
