南韓檢調出動逮捕尹錫悅 現場持續對峙 宣布暫停執行

南韓高級公職人員犯罪調查處（公調處）人員3日尋求逮捕遭彈劾的總統尹錫悅，當地時間上午7時左右，抵達官邸的大門外。抗議群眾則在尹錫悅官邸外與警方對峙，矢言阻撓任何企圖逮捕尹錫悅的行為。根據韓聯社報導，逮捕行動遭到官邸內一支軍方小組阻攔。

韓聯社下午近1時的快訊指出，南韓公調處已停止對尹錫悅執行拘留，暫停執行逮捕令。法新社報導，公調處在聲明中表示：「關於今天執行逮捕令的行動，由於現場持續發生對峙，已判定實際上不可能執行。考量到現場人員的安全，決定停止執行逮捕令」。

法新社報導，尹錫悅的律師尹甲根（Yoon Kab-keun，音譯）表示：「執行非法且無效的逮捕令，當然不具合法性。」

根據韓聯社報導，尹錫悅律師團先前反駁高級公職人員犯罪調查處（公調處）沒有偵辦內亂案件的許可權，譴責法院簽發拘留令的舉動侵害總統權利，向憲法法院提出許可權爭議裁決及中止效力保全聲請。

尹錫悅律師團昨天還向首爾西部地方法院就對尹錫悅執行拘留和搜索提出異議聲請，請求法院不予批准執行。

公調處表示：「針對總統尹錫悅的逮捕令已開始執行。」媒體看到公調處官員與警方進入官邸，試圖執行逮捕程序。

南韓媒體報導，公調處計畫在逮捕尹錫悅後，將他帶往首爾近郊果川市的公調處辦公室訊問。

根據現有的拘票，尹錫悅最多可被拘留48小時，調查人員必須重新申請拘票，才能延長拘留。
