南韓檢調出動逮捕尹錫悅 遇官邸內軍方人員阻攔

南韓高級公職人員犯罪調查處(公調處)人員 3日尋求逮捕遭彈劾的總統尹錫悅,當地時間上午7時左右抵達官邸的大門外。抗議群眾則在已遭彈劾的尹錫悅官邸外與警方對峙,矢言阻撓任何企圖逮捕尹錫悅的行為。根據韓聯社報導,逮捕行動遭到官邸內一支軍方小組阻攔。

據路透社記者說法,高級公職人員犯罪調查處(公調處)人員率領一支包括檢警在內的聯合調查團隊,於當地時間3日早上7時左右抵達尹錫悅官邸的大門外。

韓聯社報導,當局動員約3000名警力,為執行逮捕令做準備。

韓聯社報導指出,公調處人員已進入官邸區域,但「遭內部一支軍方小組阻攔」。

公調處表示:「針對總統尹錫悅的逮捕令已開始執行。」媒體看到公調處官員與警方進入官邸,試圖執行逮捕程序。

公調處高階檢察官李大煥(Lee Dae-hwan,音譯)和多名調查人員突破重重警力設置的封鎖線,進入官邸。根據法新社記者觀察,官邸外有數十輛警車和數百名身著制服的警察駐守。

路透社報導,天亮前,官邸外已聚集大批抗議民眾。隨著媒體報導檢調當局即將執行逮捕令,抗議人數迅速增至數百人。一名抗議民眾對其他人說:「我們必須用生命阻止他們。」部分抗議民眾高喊「人民將保護尹錫悅總統」,並呼籲逮捕公調處負責人。

南韓媒體報導,公調處計畫在逮捕尹錫悅後,將他帶往首爾近郊果川市的公調處辦公室訊問。

根據現有的拘票,尹錫悅最多可被拘留48小時,調查人員必須重新申請拘票,才能延長拘留。
